Confronting the Mountain of Sexual Immorality

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it”.

                                                                                                --Isaiah 2:2

This is the time of Sexual Confrontation.

Believe me; we will no longer be intimidated by this monster called ‘sexual immorality.

We will no longer give our bodies to this task master.

We are tired of living in this house of bondage.

We shall arise…

Yes…we are arising, we are approaching and we are confronting!

What is Sexual Confrontation?

Sexual Confrontation is all about facing your sexual mountain and conquering it!!!

What is Sexual Mountain?

Sexual Mountain is the controlling power or influence that causes a person/people to be in the bondage of sexual immorality.

It is Time for spirit of ‘Moses’ and ‘Caleb’ to Arise

Moses knew that for him to bring deliverance to his people, he had to confront Pharaoh.

Sexual Immorality has been the ‘pharaoh’ and ‘task master’ that has kept people bound for years and destroyed millions of destinies.

But I say to you…

Arise and go…like Moses

You have the authority…the spirit of Moses…the Spirit of God…has come to help you.

It doesn’t matter the sexual struggle or mountain…It is time to confront and conquer.

Caleb does not see any difficulty or mountain anywhere.

Caleb does not get discourage or accept defeat.

Caleb is not afraid of any monster or giants…he sees his enemies as grasshoppers!

"Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them”. (Mark 11:23)

Arise and speak to your mountain to give way.

That is the spirit of Caleb!

Here is the truth:

Without confrontation, there is no deliverance.

Without conquering, there is no inheritance.

Hear the Word of the Lord…

·         “The mountain of purity shall arise and sit above the mountains of sexual immorality”

·         “The rod of purity shall be given to people to destroy the serpents of sexual immorality”.

The Seven Mountains of Influence

There are Seven Mountains of Influence that is impacting and controlling our world today.

 Sexual immorality has become a very powerful weapon satan is using to hold and subdue the mountains of influence for evil and wickedness.

Here they are:

1.      Mountain of Family: (e.g. Incest has become a tool the devil has using to corrupt, pollute and destroy families and generations.

2.      Mountain of Education: (e.g. Sexual deception is tool whereby students are taught lies about sex and this has led many into pre-marital sex, unwanted pregnancy, STDs and so on. Negative Sex Education is a stronghold the devil is using to control this mountain.

3.      Mountain of Media: (e.g. Pornography and Sexual Abuse has grown in the media and it has become a tool and a gateway to capture and enslave many lives.

4.      Mountain of Entertainment/Art/Culture: (e.g. Sexual Festivals, Sexual Music, Dance and Movies that promote sexual activities and relationship. This Mountain has really perverted by satan.

5.      Mountain of Government/Politics: (e.g. Legalizing sexual perversion like gay relationship, abortion. Also, not having a strong fight/action against abuse. The Government has become satan’s tool to structure and strengthen the mountain of sexual immorality.

6.      Mountain of Religion: (e.g. Indecent dressing is a form of immorality and the devil is using to creep into religion (like the church) to make sure he controls this mountain. This is where we need to arise and protect our inheritance. Also, there is another practice called ‘Nudity Worship’ where believers come to church and worship God in absolute nakedness!!!

7.      Mountain of Economy/Business: (e.g. Pornograhy, sex toys, sex adverts and prostitution are powerful business and economic powerhouse the devil is using to influence this mountain.

You can now find out that sexual immorality is a powerful tool that is influencing the operation of the seven mountains of the world.

The Mountain of Purity

We believe as we confront with authority of God’s Word, we shall conquer by faith.

When shall establish the mountain of purity, then we will see a Sexual Morality World dream come true.

Coping With Sex in the Street

The Gap between Two Generations

 Think of the old world (generation) in comparison to the new world (generation), A very big gap/distinction is seen between the two generations.

 Advanced technologies, knowledge and much more are evident in this new era and we both pagans and believers enjoy the benefits and suffer the consequences. But think of Ethics/characters/manners of both generations, one has a decayed morals and another excelled.

I compare these two generations to a human body. Imagine a muscular man doing well in life depending on physical appearance and may be think of A lady whose facial appearance is wow because if makeup, eye shiner etc but he/she has a kidney problem and lungs are rotting, bones are etching imagine such life. Or I equate this generation to a village rich man who has all the necessities of life, but without a child or has one but deformed. Meaning there is something wrong with this generation.

 Question, why? 

This generation in the name of Rights (human rights) has legalized bad things at the expense of good things.

 I grew up in my hometown Kasenge but I remember very well we never saw private parts of our sisters, and never even noticed that they experienced monthly periods (MPs). Till recently I realized that private matters became public issues. This generation of human rights has decorated our streets, Islands and the like with naked women and men, girls and boys selling themselves at only 1000℅-2000℅ shillings and in portions long and short.

Oh God!!!

 The Holy Scriptures teaches us that "A women shall have their desires from men"(Gen3:16).

But things were exchanged and now men have their desires from women. Men are men in the flesh but mentally and perhaps spiritually are women and the vice versa.

Who bewitched this generation?

 Check out your streets, islands, clubs and places of entertainment.  Sex on beaches, sex in bars, sex in bushes, sex Churches, sex everywhere!!! Our technologies do not matter before God and our rights are not His rights and do they matter before Him. But our characters/acts matters a lot.

HOW TO DEAL WITH SEXUAL PROBLEMS IN THE STREETS

 The following if strongly emphasized and revived can help us curb down this vices.

1.       Family factor: following the common slogan, which goes "charity begins at home" we can mold, potter and set bright future for our children. Family factor is partly responsible to a great extent for moral decay of this generation. How our children wear, talk, behave and face the future is proportional to what parents sow in them.

2.        Religious factor: With this we always have two common sayings, (a)"The fear of the Lord is the source of wisdom"(b)"Grow/teach a child the way to take even when he grows he will never leave it" The only way to achieve those two, sayings is when we combine the two factors that is family factor and religious factor. Because before priests teach people how to behave, the parents would have already prepared their children with teachable hearts. A society with religious people is likely to a large extent behaved than a society without religious tendencies

3.        Education factor: In my country Uganda ministers had introduced sex education in schools right from baby classes to university. To me it’s not bad as long as you consider time factor, when to teach such and to who? Because these infants and young students are likely to practice either with their fellow students or teachers. So what we teach our children especially when they are still young will eventually mold their future.

4.        Political factor: (a) Leaders of the countries, villages, and societies determines how the society will act and respond on matters, example if a country's parliament sets laws that rob parent's authority over their children, then who will teach them the right way. In Uganda these days when you beat your kid he/she is advised to go to police .(But this in my home does not work) why God gave me those kids knowing that whatever good or wrong thing going on in their lives am 85% responsible. b) The political climate politicians set in the country whether calm or chaotic will mold the behaviors of people. Rape, forced marriages etc such will be determined by political atmosphere in the country set by leaders.

5.        Think also about peer pressure people we surround our lives with will to a large extent determine how we respond to matters pertaining life many boys and girls men and women who formerly religious, were influenced by their friends around them."Good character distorts good character"

Many more we can talk about but I strongly emphasize the first two solutions that is Family factor and Religious factor

The Truth About Romance

Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

What is Romance?

According to Wikipedia, it is the pleasure of feeling of excitement and mystery of love.

Romance usually implies an expression one’s love or one’s deep emotional desires to connect with another person, most particularly, the opposite sex.

Romance can also be seen as a form of Sexual Play. It is in this context we will address this subject.

The Truth and Power of Romance

Romance or sexual play is a very powerful activity can greatly impact a relationship

Romance is like an oil in an engine, and like a fuel to fire.

Romance is a sweet provision for the satisfaction of the flesh.

Romance is special as sexual intercourse is special.

God is not Against Romance

“When Isaac had been there a long time, Abimelek king of the Philistines looked down from a window and saw Isaac caressing his wife Rebekah” (Genesis 26:8)

***The Scriptures wrote about Isaac having romantic activity with HIS WIFE. They were MARRIED!!!***

The Act of Romance

Here are some activities people engage in Romance or Sexual Play

1.      Kissing

2.      Rubbing/touch of sexual/sensitive organs of the other person (e.g. breast, penis, vagina, buttocks)

3.      Deep hugging

4.      Massaging

Why Young people/Singles Engage in Romance

1.      As a means of consolation to avoid sexual intercourse.

2.      As a means to avoid pregnancy and Sexually transmitted disease.

3.      As a means to attain sexual satisfaction.

4.      As a means to please their partner.

What You Need to Know

1.      Romance may be sexual abstinence, but it is not sexual purity.

2.      Romance as a single is still sexual immorality before God and a sin. (Hard right?—but true)

3.       Romance may be a means to avoid STD; but not a means to avoid sin.

4.      Romance is a sexual doorway that will always lead to sexual intercourse.

5.      Romance is highly influenced by the spirit of lust.

6.      Romance is making provision and feeding the flesh and not your spirit.

7.      Romance does not bring sexual satisfaction, it will leave wanting for more.

Doorways/Causes of Romance

1.      Too much closeness with the opposite sex.

2.      Holding and Dancing together

3.      Sitting on the laps of an opposite sex

4.      Watching pornographic together

5.      Falling in lust and infatuation thinking it is Love.

6.      Listening to romantic/songs music/ watching love movies/soap operas together.

7.      Having sexual dreams while sleeping.

8.      Reading romantic novels/magazines.

Overcoming the trap of Romance

1.      Change the way you think. A lot of people are too casual when it comes to sexual play. They see it as nothing wrong with it. They believe that as long as we don’t engage in sexual intercourse, everything else can take place. BIG LIE!

2.      Humble Yourself and FLEE. A lot people are claim they are strong and that they can manage the game of romance. But this people who claim to be strong are only bread in the hand of the devil. You are not better, stronger or wiser than Joseph who ran away from Potipher’s wife!

3.      Soak yourself in the Word of God. This will help you deal with lust in your mind.

4.      Spend more time fellowship with God through prayer, fasting and worship.

5.      Close every doorway that will only fuel your sexual feelings.

My Advice:

As a single/young person, engaging in sexual play or romance will only give the devil opportunity to attack you with lust towards sexual immorality.

The Word of God adminises us to ‘FLEE FROM YOUTHFUL LUST…” (2 Timothy 2:22
