The Effect of Sexual Immorality

“There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death” (Proverbs 14:12)


When a person involves in sexual intercourse, there is a transaction that takes place immediately. God told me this is called 'Satanic transaction in sexuality'
There is a deposit and withdrawal that takes place when we involve in sexual immorality.

Here are some consequences of sexual immorality:

1. You will become soul tie with the person. I mean your spirit and soul become joined to that person's spirit. This is what is called sexual cord bondage.
2. You will receive from the person you have sex with his/her spiritual loads, curses, habits, behavior, demonic spirit, blood and even life.
3. You will give the devil your grace and honor when you commit immorality and be left to struggle in shame and disgrace.
4. It can lead to physical death and sickness
5. It can make a person's destiny to be aborted or destroy
6. It brings curse to a family and even generation.
7. It causes spiritual and emotional drainage and loss of anointing and vision of God for one's life.
8. It brings financial hardship and set back to a person's life
9. It causes spiritual nakedness—losing God the presence and glory of God
10. It leads to financial setback and poverty.
10. It leads to demonic oppression and even possession.

11. Creates emotional and mental chaos (guilt, rejection, depression, low self-esteem, embarrassment, anger, bitterness, emptiness, anxiety etc)

12. It can lead to family crisis and separation.

13. It produces a false definition of love in relationship.

14. It reduces or destroys a person’s dignity, respect and reputation.

15. It produces children out of wedlock.

16. It produces unwanted pregnancy.

17. It causes lack of child support.

18. It leads to school dropout.

19. It leads to Abortion practice (committing murder).

20. It leads to producing children of different fathers.

21. It will render your prayer life useless and powerless.

22. It will hinder you from serving the Lord effectively.

23. It invites spirit of wasting and scattering which make a person’s life useless.

Listen: Whatever you have suffered or whatever you struggle is with sexual immorality, we have a God of a second chance.

God through the power of the Blood of Jesus can wash, cleans you and break the effect of sin and sexual immorality from your life.

This is time for a new beginning.

It time to forget your past and embrace the promise of God.

As long as there is Jesus Christ, there is a way out. There is restoration, healing and total victory for you!!!

How to Develop Confidence for Sexual Morality

³⁵ Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. ³⁶ For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise”.                                      

                                                                                             (Hebrews 10:35-39)

 

A lot of people are struggling with sexual problems, ranging from masturbation, homosexuality, pornography, lesbianism, bestiality, pedophilia, child sexual abuse, rape, adultery, fornication, prostitution, abortion…just name it (of course the list goes on!)

Most sexual victims believe they can never be free from these struggles?

Some have accepted their fate and called it names like ‘nature’ ‘natural’ ‘hereditary’ ‘bloodline’ ‘foundation’ ‘curse’ ‘destiny’ ‘orientation’ ‘personality’ and so on.

Whatever you are going through now…does not matter as much as where you should be going.

CONFIDENCE is the attitude that will take you to where you should be.

Question: “Where should I be?”

That place is called: SEXUAL PURITY!!!

Sexual Purity is the great plan of God for your spirit, soul and body. (Read 1 Thessalonians 5:23)

I am here to encourage you in the face of discouragement, depression, defeat and despair as a result of what you have gone because of the monster called sexual immorality.

I say to you: YOU CAN BE FREE!!! YOU CAN COME OUT FROM THIS HORRIBLE PIT!!! YOU CAN WEAR A NEW GARMENT!!! YOU CAN BE HEALED, DELIVERED, CLEANSED AND BE WHOLE AGAIN!!!

THIS IS A WORD FROM THE LORD FOR YOU!!!

It is time to silent the negative voice and embrace the attitude of confidence.

THE REWARD OF CONFIDENCE IS BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION.

This confidence is not about arrogance, pride or foolishness.

It is about FAITH AND TRUST IN GOD WHO IS YOUR CONFIDENCE!!!

⁵ Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
⁶ In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Some things You Need to Do as you Prepare for Sexual Morality:

*Making Positive Affirmations about yourself: You can create their own list of affirming self-beliefs. They must be in the present tense, positive and practice saying them daily. And every time they feel that their self-esteem is falling, they can refer to this list immediately. This will help them build their confidence.

*Changing their mindset: The way a person think is how they will feel, so most bad feelings come from illogical thoughts ("distorted thinking"). So, if You can change how they think and think positively, they can change how they feel. How you think about yourself is how people will see you. Change Your Mind set.

*Prayer and The Word: Being more prayerful about yourself and praying to God to give you the spirit of boldness and high confidence can help build your self-confidence as a counselor. Prayer and the Word conquer all and are the greatest weapons. So, you can meditate on the Word daily and make positive declarations about themselves as they pray.

*Love: If you can begin to embrace the love of God and learn to love yourself, you can in-turn build their confidence. The Word of God says that, "there is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love"-(1 John 4:18).
